About the role

Global Star Group is seeking a Cold Storage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our temperature-controlled storage facilities. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, maintaining strict storage standards, and ensuring that all products are handled, stored, and dispatched according to operational and quality protocols.

The Cold Storage Supervisor plays an important role in maintaining product integrity while coordinating with logistics, quality control, and transportation teams to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Cold Storage Supervisor will oversee the daily management of cold storage operations, ensuring that all processes are carried out in line with company procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising day-to-day cold storage activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of products

• Ensuring temperature-controlled environments are maintained according to required standards

• Coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure proper product handling and inventory management

• Monitoring stock levels and supporting accurate inventory records

• Working closely with logistics and transportation teams to support timely order preparation and dispatch

• Supporting quality control procedures including product inspection and documentation

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols within the facility

• Managing warehouse staff schedules and supervising operational workflows

• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency within storage processes

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should demonstrate strong organisational skills and experience working within warehouse or logistics environments, particularly in temperature-controlled operations.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in cold storage, warehouse supervision, or logistics operations

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures

• Understanding of temperature-controlled storage requirements for food products

• Ability to supervise operational teams and coordinate workflows
